Tuesday, 5th October – Module 2: Equip others 
Learn about becoming an authentic leader that equips others to succeed and creates an environment of connected working. You will also explore the impact of empowering messaging and how to build psychological safety to create high performing teams.

Tuesday, 19th October – Module 3: Keep adapting 
Explore the complex, systemic nature of organisations and look at the power of experimentation to drive innovation and change. We will help you plan the actions you will take back to your teams to reimagine new ways of working and prepare for hybrid working as restrictions lift.
